Dr. Winston S. Harper
Dr. Harper completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Massachusetts. He received his medical education at Kent State University College of Podiatric medicine and did his Podiatric Medicine and Surgery/Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle residency training at Metrowest Medical center in Framingham, MA, an affiliate of Tufts University and Boston University Medical Schools.
