Dr. Winston S. Harper

Podiatric Medicine/Foot and Ankle Surgery


Dr. Harper holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts. He received his medical education at Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in Ohio. He completed his postgraduate training at the Tufts University and Boston University Metrowest Medical Center Podiatric Medicine and Surgery/Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle residency training program in Framingham, Massachusetts.


Dr. Harper lives with his wife and daughter in southern coastal Maine. Outside of the medical practice, he believes in the power of an active and balanced life. His recreational pursuits include staying fit through running, weight training, and a bit of spirited pickleball. He is equally at home on the water, whether sailing, kayaking, or hitting the waves to surf with his young daughter. Dr. Harper is a youth soccer coach and player in local leagues and also enjoys the rewarding challenge of tackling home improvement projects.
